My order is taking longer than expected

We’ve had an overwhelming response and sold out faster than expected, which has created a temporary backlog while we wait for new stock to arrive.

  • UK Orders: Expected delivery is 2–4 weeks.
  • International Orders (including Europe & Asia): Expected delivery is 3–5 weeks.
  • US & Canada Orders: Our 110V-compatible model will be available from mid-September 2025. If you’ve pre-ordered, your order will ship as soon as stock arrives.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that due to limited stock and high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual. Rest assured, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll be able to follow its journey right to your door.

Is it compatible with US/Canada (110–120 V)?

The current model supports 220–240 V and includes a universal adapter. For 110–120 V outlets, you’ll need a high‑quality step‑up converter. A dedicated 110 V version is expected by mid‑September 2025.
